Identifying and evaluating vessel opportunities across all major shipping segments. We source assets through our established broker network, conduct full technical and commercial due diligence, and negotiate acquisition terms and financing on behalf of clients.

Structuring investments as Norwegian single-purpose companies (AS) — the tried-and-tested model preferred by institutional shipping investors worldwide. We manage the full incorporation, banking relationships, and shareholder documentation.

Oversight of technical managers, class societies, and flag state requirements. We monitor vessel employment, follow up with charterers, and manage drydock planning, insurance, certification, and vessel performance — acting as your eyes and ears on every technical and commercial decision.
